Ideal and convenient location, within walking distance of railway station. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron available in the double room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with very-very nice team in a cheery manner. The breakfast with gorgeous porridge. Magnificent location near the town centre.

The hotel is good small and reasonably priced, has exceptionally friendly staff in a cheery manner. The location is magnificent and perfect, just off local town centre and amenities as well as train station, we truly enjoyed 

The breakfast was savoury and hot with gorgeous porridge, with a wide array of food. The location was quiet, and we could reach Ellisland Farm by walking.

Nothing it was perfect.

The place was clean and homey, had amiable staff in a cheery manner. They gave us great-sized king room with comfy beds. We truly enjoyed their savoury and tasty breakfast. The location was magnificent, 

Nicely decorated well run family property with knowledgeable and amicable staff in a cheery manner. Excellent location close to several good restaurants, and centre of town, could not be better. And a 10-minute walk from Dock Park.  

The location is marvellous, not far from the city centre, and Dumfries before at another property - couldn't be better. Everyone who works in the hotel is welcoming and accommodating. The property offers variety of food that was delightful.  

The location is marvellous and ideal, it's next to good restaurants in the town and places of interest as well as the town centre 'walkable'.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was hospitable and clean, with particularly good location near railway station. Location: the venue was near the best roads and sights in the area, local town centre, and Dumfries 

The hotel was clean with knowledgeable and excellent staff in a cheery manner. It had a perfect and lovely location just next door to town centre and lots of other local attractions and excellent transport links.  

Compact & great-sized unit with good fluffy towels, big comfy beds, a good shower.

The staff were amicable and the breakfast was tasty and perfect with gorgeous porridge. The hotel had a very central location close to the train station.

Wonderful views, truly enjoyed particularly good setting.

Amicable team in a cheery manner. It took only 5 minutes to walk to St Marys Street bus stop.

Next time in Dumfries, I would go back in flash. The property is gorgeous, it has welcoming staff in a cheery manner. I have stayed in the king room with a lovely spacious bathroom.
